About Milna

Unlike the busier towns on Brač, Milna has kept a low-key atmosphere. The waterfront is lined with restaurants and cafés, but the town remains small and walkable. The bay is a popular stop for sailors exploring the Dalmatian coast, and the surrounding hills offer views over the water and neighbouring islands. Milna is also a good base for exploring the island's famous white stone, which has been used in buildings as far away as Vienna and Washington, D.C.
