The best time to visit Vodnjan is from May to June and September to October, when the weather is mild and crowds are smaller. July and August are the warmest months, with average temperatures around 30°C, but also the busiest, especially near the coast. Winter is mild, with temperatures rarely dropping below freezing, though some businesses may have reduced hours.
