About Srebreno
Srebreno is a small coastal settlement in southern Croatia, part of the Dubrovnik Riviera, set on a sheltered bay along the Adriatic Sea about 10 kilometres southeast of Dubrovnik. Once a quiet fishing village, it is now a modest resort area with a pebble beach and calm, clear water for swimming and sunbathing. The central area around the bay has hotels, apartments and guesthouses near the beach and promenade. Restaurants, cafes and small shops line the waterfront and centre. Local buses connect Srebreno with Dubrovnik and other coastal towns; taxis and rental cars are also available. Most points of interest are within walking distance. The area has a relaxed atmosphere outside peak summer. Dubrovnik, Cavtat, the Elaphiti Islands and Konavle countryside are nearby.
